"This was the last time I used this store. I was willing to overlook the highly overpriced products and that I was sold spoiled product here on numerous times, but now this return experience was the last drop. At my previous visit one of the sellers told me when I was making a purchase that I can return anything anytime, even if it's opened, but I don't like it, or changed my mind. It was good because I had an unopened product at home of which I noticed after buying it that it contains citric acid. So on my next trip I went to return it, showed my receipt, they even saw it in their system. First the story was that since the purchase has been over 30 days, they can only give me store credit. Fine with me. I went to pick up what I wanted to buy and by the time I got back to the cashier, the new story was that now they can only give me $14 back for the product I purchased for $60+. Because it's on sale now, sorry. But that's not what I paid for it, look at the receipt. But it's been 30 days, and now it's on sale. So I told the woman that they just lost a long-term customer. I've been shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe for 8 years and have been referring it to my friends, all the time. No longer. That's what greed does to a business."
