"Part of the address-swapping network of spammers that sends stuff to fake names I've never used with actual companies. Ed: the problem isn't that it was "received by mistake", it's that it came to a fake name that I gave to probable information traffickers. You bought a list of targets, and sent them spam."

"Ordered three products. Two arrived (poor quality). The third never arrived though was charged. Attempted to call and email. Sat on hold forever and gave up. Eventually got a email that said basically "keep calling, we're busy". Found a set of Gregorian Wind Chimes - Baritone for $269 in their catalog. Same chimes are available from multiple other sources for $179. Great chimes but unlikely they would ever send you the chimes. "Best Brushes would have to be described as niche catalogue. They offer a large number of brushes for everything from mustaches to toilet cleaning. They also offer all kinds of household products, from reusable coffee filters to scissors and soaps of many kinds. None of this is exactly cheap, but it is all high quality artisanal material. They also have quirkier items, such as 20th century toys and bird houses. Contrary to other reviews, I have never had any problems with the vendor although I've purchased all kinds of items over the years."

"I ordered $59.50 on 8/27/2018 and as of today, 9/29/2018 I have never received the order. My order number is available if appropriately required."

"Before Christmas I ordered two cereal bowls, some bars of soap, and two very small funnels. The shipping was $17 which I thought was rather high. When the two small funnels arrived, they were plastic. I had thought for $11.00 they would be metal. So that was disappointing. One of the cereal bowls I ordered arrived broken. I called about getting it replaced and was told that I needed to first ship them back the broken bowl, which I did, at my expense. I was gone over the holidays, and when I returned I had a phone message asking if I wanted the bowl replaced or to get a refund. I called back to say that I wanted the bowl replaced. The girl who answered the phone told me that because they hadn't been able to reach me, they would be sending me a refund. That was the beginning of January. It is now the beginning of February, and I have received no refund. Based on this experience, I won't be doing any further business with The Best Brushes catalog company. I will say that I have done business with their sister publication, The Lilliput Toy Catalog, for many years, and I have been happy with the products and service I received from them."
