"Update: what was 5 star is now less than 1 star. The condo community I reside in has some upholstery needs. I’ve called 6 times, left 3 detailed messages (not more because their messages were full) and no return calls. I’m very frustrated and disappointed. I can no longer recommend Ohana Drapery & Upholstery and will take our business elsewhere. 2019: Great customer service, very fast turnaround, beautiful work and quality. We had a few issues and the treatment we received was above and beyond any expectations! Ohana stands by their work and I would highly recommend them for drapery and upholstery!"

"During the shutdown quarantine I knew I had to get my hairstyling chair recovered. I gave OD&U a call. Mari told me the showroom was closed but she could give me a quote via Email. I shot some pics of the chair and sent them. She got back to me in about a day with a quote. I thought it was reasonable. So we set up an appointment to drop off and choose the vinyl. It only took about 10 days from start to finish. Pretty quick considering they were pretty busy. My husband had taken the seat off the hydronic base for easy moving. When we picked up the chair it look great! Got home... couldn’t find the holes to reattach! YIKES! I called, Mari answers and asked us to bring the chair and base back, no prob cause we are 3 min away. Joey, came out and in just about 5-10 min figured out and solved the problem. Awesome service! Truly a long time local ohana business. If you’re looking to upholster something check them out... (big smiles)."
