Kay's Crackseed

"I would have liked to give this company Five Stars for their quality products, but after how 'Mei Chang' just handled my my recent order, they have just lost my business forever. Here's exactly what happened to me, only moments ago. On their online order form, they clearly stated: "Free shipping over $100 purchases." But when I ordered over $100. in new items, she told me that, "free shipping for over $100. was our old promotion a long time ago," telling me that they had raised it to $150., then flatly refused to honor the offer that was still appearing on their online order form! Not only is this the height of unprofessionalism, but constitutes FALSE ADVERTISING, offering something for free, then refusing to observe their own policies. In fact, this sales practice is TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW, without exception. I even sent her the actual screen shot of their online order form, but instead of offering me an apology for this obvious mistake and thanking me for alerting them to their error, she REFUSED to honor their written promise and lost a customer for life. This is deception on a level that I have never seen by any retailer, ever."

For your crack seed and mochi crunch fix, I would rather go to the neighboring CVS store for a much friendlier and better shopping experience."
