"Wow! This is service at its finest. I ordered a couch from one of the big-name retailers. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday. I sold my other couch on Wednesday, had houseguests coming Friday. I get a call late Wednesday night that it's not coming for another month. I need a couch! I saw a couch on marketplace, I messaged Noel, the owner. She went over and sat on the couch I was going to get to compare the two at the competition store. Then she opens the store at 7:45 at night for me with my two kids.
