Pete took my phone call minutes before closing, and had expertise that quite honestly floored me. When I told him the make and model of my truck, he guessed exactly where the problems with the seats were. He quoted me over the phone accurately. And even knew about the issues with the color. When I went down in person he took the time to match the color and grain of my seats with me to make sure I was happy, we found a near perfect match that needed to be dyed to be 100% accurate. They took a deposit from me and ordered the material. We set an appointment for the following Monday, and they had my truck in and out within a day WHILE IT WAS SNOWING. The seats look phenomenal, Gil and Pete even took care of a few other problem spots with the leftover material and didn't charge me a dime over the initial quote. Unparalleled customer service and work ethic from these gentlemen. I will return, and if you are reading this you have found your new interior guys."
