Evolution Cabinets

"I contacted this cabinet maker a few times after my visit to the shop to get a price for a custom, to be made, end table . I prefaced my inquiry if this was too small for them or were they too busy to be bothered. They did not indicate that to be the case. For this I made a perspective drawing of what I wanted and was asked to send it on. Then I was asked for pictures of the adjoining pieces that it was to fit between, and the color of the wood. Everything was sent via a text message. This I did and waited for a response of an estimate. Then I was asked for more information, but the request was not received. So I was kept waiting. I called again during normal business hours and spoke to the owner, who indicated that he was busy with his son and was not available to give me an rough idea of the cost, but would call back in 30 minutes. He never did. This was the second time that I spoke to him that he said that he would call back, but did not. Then I received a terse text message from the owner indicating in essence that he was not interested. A waisted effort with this shop. This is Evolution Cabinets on Industrial Way in east Truckee, next to In Motion (a furnace service business) and no I do not have the wrong place. I inquired first, was in the shop and asked if you do this type of work and then asked for a business card. I was given and old beat up one."
