"Josie Bardsley is very unprofessional. We rented scaffolding equipment and when we were done, I called Josie to inform her we were done and they canpick up the equipment. Josie told me that they will come and pick it up between 9-10. I had 2 men waiting for them. No one showed up between those hours. My men was about to leave then their guys showed up. My men showed them where it was and helped them load the truck. We had an emergency and my men had to leave. Basically they forgot a plank and Josie gave me 2 options one I return it or 2 I can pay them another 100 dollars for them to send their guys back to pick it up. I told her the situation and she told me where is our accountability and she hung up on me twice. I was pissed at the fact that Josie had a attitude from the start when i told her that her guys forgot it. I called back and ask to speak to someone else and she said no you have me. VERY RUDE Josie also said, I'm not going to close your rental until you return the plank. I returned the plank the same day we talked and she charged me for that day."
