"We’re very particular, so after shopping around for a month, we settled on Premier Stoneworks in Halawa Valley. Got new quartz countertops for our guest and primary bathrooms from Tom and Josh in sales at 1/2 the cost compared to other countertop businesses. Our purchase from Premier included installation with the new 3/4” sub counter, other business put you in contact with installers at added cost. The installation was done by Cam and Victor who were very courteous and professional. Very happy with sales and service from Premier Stoneworks. Almost forgot to give a shout-out to the fabricators who cut and polish the countertops, true craftsmen."

"I purchased counter tops and backslash from them and the first slab they put on my island was scratched. They came to repair it nd left a visible dark mark where the scratch was. It was replaced with another slab that has small pin size holes in at last 6 places. I called starting in January 2023 for them to repair it. A simple fix that would take less than 30 minutes. They said they were busy but they would not forget about it and would be out as soon as they could. After repeated calls they finally put me on the schedule for April 26 2023. It is now August 8th and I have yet to here from them. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If I ever change my counters I will go somewhere else."

"Best costumer service and beautiful quality work. They fabricated and installed quartzite counters for us and it was a very smooth process. Every person I communicated with brought a high level of professionalism, expertise, and care for the work they were doing and our interactions as a customer. They were very quick to respond and communicate and helped me problem solve a few issues we ran into. I highly recommend using them!!"

The customer service here is unreal--I've worked with contractors to upgrade other properties and can say with certainty that the level of attentiveness and patience I was met with at Premier Stoneworks is truly unique. I came across this gem of a place on yelp and am so glad I checked this place out first! I called to set up an appointment and ended up meeting with Tom the very next day. There were many samples and designs to choose from, and the price was also very reasonable. If you're looking for a place that provides variety, quality material (a key consideration for me), great workmanship and customer service, this is definitely it. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and can't wait to use this place for other projects!"
