"Nice selection of unique furniture, clean store and overall great inventory! I felt like I wasn't welcomed however, I received no help and was kind of blown off, I assume, it's because the staff thought I couldn't afford anything. But hey, there's always two sides to a story. I'll be back, I just hope they stop judging books by their covers by then!"

"Really Nice and Helpful Staff, a little pricey but it’s worth it. I had bought a leather couch from here 10 years ago and still in top shape if you take care of it. I suggest not to purchase expensive stuff here if you have little kids though. Kids will be kids."

"The good: Doug is very nice, listens to customer needs, and if he doesn’t have the answer to a question he doesn’t BS- he goes and finds the answer! Patient man who is attentive and considerate. The bad: My friend and I came in twice, the first time we were not greeted by any of the three staff chatting at the front of the store. We made a round through the bamboo/bedroom section and then made our way back to look at dining tables- at no point did any staff greet us or ask if we had any questions. On our way to the front to attempt to purchase the lights were shut off. We had been on the showroom floor for about 45 minutes, we had no warning. No one said anything as we approached the door or counter. One lady slid the front door open and looked with distain as we left. Never come to this location. Management needs to correct the obvious issues with customer service outside of Doug, who was extremely polite.. When I make a purchase with this company I will be making it through Doug so that he receives the commission. This is the only vendor on-island than sells the brand of furniture my family likes therefore this is the only place I will be going.."

"The prices range from affordable to expensive depending on your taste and style. But customer service was excellent for us. Doug was our sales rep and was very helpful and worked well with us! Every time we buy from here we are satisfied with their customer service and willingness to work with your financial situation."
