"I have been painting houses for about 40 years now as a homeowner. I recently bought a place on Kaua'i, and paint takes a real beating here with all the rain and strong sun we have. I needed four colors matched to do some touch up work. The staff were very efficient, knowledgeable, and really took their time to get the all the color matches just right. It seems these days there is less and less actual customer service provided by many retailers. However, my experience at Sherwin-Williams was exceptional in every way. I have just started to use the products, and so far they are all easy to work with, and the color match and results are very good. Special thanks to the staff at the Kaua'i Kapa'a store. Mahalo."
