"Had an appointment for today and was called yesterday with a cancellation because she’s no longer taking patients over 50. I had an appointment for a gynecological exam and I saw her last year and she advised me to get checked once a year. When I was called back, the person on the phone told me Dr. Mo had said that another visit was unnecessary due to my age, although when I saw her last, she had biopsied several things and told me even with my age, I should get checked at least every two years I thought St Marys couldn’t get any lower in their service, but I was totally wrong. I believe they are bound and determined to put themselves out of business, which, in my estimation would only be a blessing to the patients they don’t really serve."

"My appointment was canceled without my knowledge I didn’t find out until I showed up for my scheduled appointment. No problem I understand things happen although I come in for the second scheduled appointment, to be turned away because I am two minutes late. This doctors office has no grace period whatsoever for the patient. I am a new patient to this practice, and I also pre checked myself in. Was turned away right at the desk not even another appointment was offered. Where is the grace and empathy? Isn’t this a doctors office that supposed to be helping? Dr. Vicki Moe refused to see me because I was two minutes late. Also clinical supervisor Jose Martin never called back to follow up. Zero customer service skills at that office from the front desk to the back office."
