"I was seen for a preventative physical... I received a bill from the lab for my preventative bloodwork. Been calling to have preventative codes submitted for my physical bloodwork (lab told me my provider did not submit preventative codes). Dr office did tell me they resubmitted preventative codes, but it has not been done yet per the lab . Called Dr. office billing Dept. at least twice weekly and left messages(one time with lab on the line also) and the office has not updated the codes or called me back (0ver 30 days later). Calling ins company to see what I can do next. Unless you want to spend hours on the phone and have a bill for items that should be covered, I would not see this Dr or anyone in this office."
"The front office staff was incredibly polite and informative and Dr. Rodriguez took her time listening to my concerns and came up with a plan to address each of them. Highly recommend this doctor and this practice"
"Dr. Rodriguez and her PA Angela are attentive and engaging. They listen to you and make recommendations for tests, medications, and other solutions. Small office and very personable. My husband and I both love the practice."
"This doctor is absolutely awful. Super unprofessional, late to her own appointments with me on every occasion (45 minutes-ish), extremely hard to get in contact with to get authorization for medications (and regularly would fail to do so properly, resulting in me needing to contact them multiple times), failed to give proper referrals 5+ times resulting in me needing to call back often, used hurtful language towards me personally, and overall is unpleasant and judgmental. Her staff is extremely rude, there was a lady who would regularly give me attitude in person and over the phone, and even tried to make me wait outside of the waiting room and acted like other people in the waiting room would have an issue with me sitting in there. When the other people didn't have an issue with me, the lady scoffed and said, "FINE, I guess you can sit in here, but no complaining about people being too close!" I never complained to her and was almost driven to tears in this office. Never in my life have I felt worse at an office than I have with her. Steer clear of this place and this doctor."
"The most unprofessional & worst doctor I've ever seen. My dad who's diabetic and an amputee was a patient of hers, and was extremely degrading when I first met her towards him and had to talk about his medicine routine- not at all empathetic. Mind you, he had two major surgeries within a year, recovered from months long hospital stays, and it was the first time any of us have gone through this as well me trying to understand the care my father needed. She would have us wait almost two hours for a set appointment at 7AM - we had to complain after more than an hour to be finally seen by her. Her practice on Ft Apache has one extremely rude receptionist, named Danielle, who talked over us and then hung up on us. Danielle should not be in ANY medical setting, if that's how she treats people. I was waiting for my dad's refills to be approved, and was told it'd be done at the end of the business day (knowing he was running low on them). Then I checked the pharmacy the next day, it was never approved and then had to wait the weekend. I finally called Monday, just to hear that my dad was discharged as a patient "all of a sudden" without any notice even though I called three days before. If anything, I should've changed his primary physician a long time ago. As someone in the medical field and is super understanding, I was so upset about how we were treated here. I rarely feel the need to write a bad review unless it was completely unacceptable. Health Care settings should be nonetheless considerate, understanding, and compassionate. It's not even the fact that they treated us bad here, but for them to be a HEALTH CARE clinic that's responsible for people's health and concerns, I hope they take in consideration how they're treating people and running their clinic . Please consider a different doctor, more specifically a more compassionate and organized one!"
