"My ex had a colonoscopy with this doctor and the doctor tells him he has diverticulosis and that he needed to book him a CT because he couldn't see a part of his colon and then didn't book him another appointment or schedule the CT or prescribe him any treatment. We had to call the doctors office multiple times to get a follow up. Then I had an appointment and they called me and invited me to come in early cuz they wanted to go home early. I mentioned not feeling great and she was more than happy to reschedule me for the following Monday. I was their last appointment and they wanted to go home early. She never booked me for Monday cuz she was in such a hurry to go home and when I called on Monday the other female receptionist was rude and dismissive, saying well you're not booked for today and we can't fit you in for another 3 weeks. The staff are really unprofessional and the doctor hasn't done anything to treat the constant pain my ex is in or follow up. Worst GI doctor's office I've ever dealt with. Had to request an alternate referral from my primary."

"From start to finish, front office to doctor, my recent experience, 10/31/2023-02/09/2023 was totally subpar causing me undue physical and emotional suffering—too lengthy to relay plus I don’t need to be p.o.’d—the WORST EVER medical service I’ve received and I am a 68 yoa female! If it were possible to give a zero or negative number I would."

"When I met first time Dr.Mukhopadhyay,he was very polite. He was patiently listened me and answerd all my questions. The day of my colonoscopy he told me unfortunately I have malignant cancer,he told me ,I am sure but the biopsy results will confirm us later. Unfortunately ,he was right. He helped me right away make an appointment with a cancer surgeon.Personally, I only can tell just a good thigs about Dr.Mukhopadhyay."

"I found Dr.Mukhopadhyay to be a very thorough, polite and a very kind Dr. with excellent bedside manners. I have been so sick and I only saw him for the very first time last Thursday at his office, where he did a thorough exam. He immediately got to work on my issues and scheduled my endoscopy today and ordered another test to be done through Steinberg. I am so happy he has scheduled everything so quickly however he did this because he could tell I’ve really been ill. Before my endoscopy Dr M was right beside me in the operating room talking to me as they put me to sleep. After my endoscopy this morning he came in and discussed the findings. He has EXCELLENT bedside manners.. I truly wish all Drs were more like him. His office staff were very kind and polite as well. I noticed someone else on this site commenting on the size of his office which means nothing to me nor is it indicative of his or his staffs skills. Also in reference to another review I read, Dr. M’s English is superb! I was treated very well and I’m very pleased with the manner of expediency he has shown me. Thank you Dr M and staff. "I have Crohns Disease and was referred to Dr. Mukhopadhyay by my Ob/Gyn because I was 23 weeks pregnant and having some problems with Crohns. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early since it was my first visit and I assumed they would need my insurance information. They took my insurance card and I.D. got the information they needed, returned my cards to me, and then I waited over an hour and a half to see him. The waiting room is really small and crowded, with really uncomfortable chairs. Each chair was full and it got really hot. When I got in to the room he came in a fair amount of time. He asked me for a little bit of history, I explained to him that we had just moved to LV so I hadnt establised a gastroenterologist. I wasnt taking any medications and told him the ONE that Im not comfortable taking during pregnancy bc of birth defects. He said "do you plan on keeping the baby?" I of course said yes, abortion was never an option for me, let alone at 23 weeks. He said "Well you have my back against the wall then, not much I can do for you" and that was that and I was never given another option. I felt he was very unprofessional. The office staff was pleasant and very friendly, he, on the other hand, was rude. ~Do not recommend~"
