"I was scheduled for a 9:30 am procedure at Northern Nevada with Dr. Michael Murray. I arrived and was promptly checked in and told to report to surgery waiting area. Upon arriving at surgery waiting area I was immediately called to the back. A friendly and competent nurse helped me get ready for my procedure. As I was waiting for surgery, my nurse several times asked if I needed anything and was quick to get me warm blankets. The anesthesiologist assigned to me introduced herself and asked a few questions about my health. She was friendly and reassuring. I was taken back at 9:30 (my scheduled time) and the nurse in OR introduced herself and told me what to expect. My procedure was short as scheduled and I awoke in 20-30 minutes in recovery area. Again I was greeted by another friendly nurse explaining that procedure was through and that Dr. Murray would be coming by shortly to explain what he found during my procedure. Dr. Murray came by shortly there after and gave me a description of what he had been able to do and his recommendations of what I should plan to do next. I was released by 11:30 a.m. I was pleased with everything about my scheduled procedure at Northern Nevada and I would highly recommend it to other patients."
