"After my oncologist Dr left the state I was given an appointment with Dr Shields. This man was unbelievably rude and uncaring. I am still taking my meds for another year or longer and Dr Shields had the audacity to tell me “ I no longer need to see you, we treat sick people here” I was shocked to say the least and left the office. I have to say in the 5 years since I was first diagnosed with breast cancer, I’ve had 4 months of chemo, one month of radiation, lost both my breasts (without the option for reconstruction) and my hair barely covers my head, so what this Dr said to me was actually worse than all that combined. To be cut off while still needing meds and checks ups has made me more anxious than ever before. Today I finally spoke to another office and will be seeing another Dr. Good luck to all who are seeing this uncaring man."
