"Upon entering the restaurant, i wasn’t greeted properly as two cashiers were at the front of the restaurant. The restaurant already looks dated and just to receive that type of service was the icing on the cake. I should’ve went with my gut and went to the location on Stephanie. I didn’t receive all the proper condiments i requested either. This location needs to be shut down sorry no sorry, definitely won’t be going back to this Carl jr’s ever"
"The Latina, who served me, was low key indignant! I bought a burger for which I requested mayo'. When I received my receipt, I discovered I was charged for the mayo'. I told the woman that I was unaware that I would be charged for the mayo'. Her response was, " Yeah, because it doesn't come with mayo'". While she answered me, she had her back to me, reaching up to the computer monitor pressing buttons, as if she was so busy that she didn't have 5 seconds to have a conversation. Mind you, there was no line!!! (1) She should have told me that Mayo' was xtra; (2) She should have apologized for not doing so, and (3) She should have shown me the respect of stopping to face me and have the conversation. I find that this happens a lot when Latin employees deal with Black customers. There seems to be some covert bias. I should also mention that, of the 5 or so employees on that shift, NONE were Black; all Hispanics!!! This is very common in fast food franchises. They do the same thing in California: they employ a bunch of Hispanics and then they team up and treat black customers and "Token" Black employees like I described above. I guarantee you, If I spoke Spanish, none of the above would have happened! I will never spend another dime at this place. And, anyone who cares about affirmative action, should follow suite!"
"I stopped in last Sunday after working on one of my trucks with a friend and food was good but it was for lack of a better explanation. weird, just weird. The food was good. made fresh it tasted great, however I was there with a friend that was helping with my truck and the employees kind of freaked him out because after we received her food while we ate all the employees, every one of them because it was slow, came out to the dining area sat down and just watched us. I thought it was kind of weird myself but it completely freaked my friend out. Never before have I seen 3 employees probably the entire shift just chilling in the dining area while on the clock during business hours. Surely there's something else they could have been doing."
"Waiting at drive thru, didnt even greet me. No service after 10 minutes with no explanation. Two cars behind me drove off and another two vehicles behind me also stuck in drive thru now. None of us has placed an order, the vehicle ahead of me is waiting also for over 10 minutes they received there order though. What a nightmare. August 16th, 3pm."
"Stay away from this location, to begin with; the cashier at the drive through window talks very low, can't hear him at all and his energy is draining not rude but just not cut out for the drive through. I ordered the Angus burger with just Lettuce and cheese and when I got it, it had everything so couldn't eat it, and then I ordered one fries and ended up giving me two and yes he did charge both. For those who don't like union, tomatoes or mustard will understand. Now I understand why the place is dead."
