"I was initially happy with the service until I got home and found a large sore at the end of my dog's tail where he had been cut. He was also shaved very short under his belly and had razor burn. When I called to inform them of this, the owner blamed it on me by saying my dog got anxious and jumped around when I showed up a little early to pick him up. She was very adamant that I not come until she called me but it had been over two hours and I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in anyway. She acted very annoyed and closed the back door when I walked in. Needless to say, we won't be going back. My dog has been to a groomer his whole life and has never been cut and shaved so short that he was razor burned just because I walked into the waiting room. Friendly owner, unsatisfactory service."
