"I had been going to Dogs by Cindy for years. Then one day I took my two dogs to get groomed, and when I got home, I notice my dog JJ was bleeding on the top of his head. Jj has moles on his body and you have to be careful when grooming him. So one of their groomers had nipped his mole. I called the next day and of course they denied it, but I kept pursuing the issue and finally they accepted responsibility. I spoke with Cindy the owner and she was quite rude about the whole thing. I had to take my dog to the vet hospital, because it had gotten infected. When I ask Cindy to pay for the vet bill, she paid a 119.00 and then told me that me and my dogs was not welcome there any more. I thought that was very unprofessional after I had been a customer for years. Also the mole continues to bleed and scab up. I’m enclosing a picture so you can see exactly what they did to my JJ. I should have done this when it happened, but every time I look at JJ’s head, I get so mad about the incident. I’m constantly having to clean it and cut the dead scabs around it. It’s not that they don’t do good work, the problem is when they don’t take responsibility when a accident happens."
