"Just had the absolute interaction with someone who answered the phone! I have been coming to this groomers for over a year now. I called to explain to the lady on the phone that my dog had a tick when she came home from the groomers, I never said it was their fault I only said the groomers should be more aware as they could have noticed it while grooming or bathing her. The lady on the phone said well we are not vets and that’s on you! She then proceeded to hang up on me. I am absolutely appalled at this level of customer service!! I will Not be bringing my dog back here! Please be aware when bringing your fur babies here."
"Desert pet spa is the best groomer in town for your dogs and cats. Ms. Kay is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Desert Pet Spa for your fur baby’s. I explained to Ms. Kay that my previous groomer I had at another place was not a good experience for my baby. I’m so happy that I have Ms. Kay as my new groomer and I know she will make this a great experience for my dog every time she goes there. I know she will be treated with care and compassion. She did an amazing job on her groom and she also sent me these adorable pictures of her. Thank you so much!!!!!"
"Today I went to Desert Pet Spa for the first time. They have recently opened. I am Japanese and heard that the owner is Japanese, so I decided to give it a try. The owner has been grooming as a business owner for many years. When I picked up my dogs, they were in excellent spirits, so I knew they were treated with kind & loving care. There is a large window and walkway on the side of the salon which allowed me to see my doggies being groomed. I would recommend this new spa 100%."
