"This store gets a 4. Great employees. They usually handle the morning rush with a great attitude. The old manager was great. I loved that he let homeless get water anytime. I don't know if the new manager does. Its not like they stay and hang around the store and become a nuisance. I only knew cause I knew one of them before they left one day. My only gripe is that they don't get to order their own shipments. They get whatever is sent to them. Clearly this is not based on what sells immediately out. Some things they get the same amount every time. Its never enough. So they can't cater to people on the block. I just don't see how that makes sense unless catering to the customer isn't your goal. But the store itself and the staff is top notch. Always clean and always a greeting and a smile."

"I stopped by at this gasoline station after work to buy some snacks around 12:30 in the morning today and the employee named david gave us a bad customer service. Me and my husband put our snacks at the counter and suddenly yelled at us twice if we’re going to pay debit cash. We told him not to yelled at us since he didnt even started ringing up our food yet. Secondly, he wasnt wearing mask since we got there. Customer service here are very poor plus the store is not clean. They dont actually deserve 1 star here.m but i really have to for customers awareness. Avoid store 19 and go somewhere else that gives u a customer satisfaction."

"I've been in this place at least a hundred times. I have not once seen the store very clean. Around the soda machine. It's always dirty. Empty straws litter the counter. The selection as far as snacks is concerned could be a little bit better. The cashier's are not ever to friendly. I stop here when I only absolutely have to. The gas prices are always at least a dime higher per gallon then anybody else in the area. I dont understand. Usually green valley grocery is a delightful convenience store. At least all of the other ones in town that I have stopped in are. This one just missed the bill. Like I said it's always dirty. The gas is always way to high. The employee's just don't care enough to do a decent job. In fact I've had rude employee experience in this place. I'm not one to give bad reviews. But this place deserves a bad review. Dirty convenience stores are always the worst. Then you couple that with rude employees. It just make the whole trip inside the place bad. And I especially don't get where they get off over charging for their gasoline. The only way to describe it is greed. I guess since it's off Las Vegas boulevard. They charge the tourist prices. If they looked around they see an entire community lives in the surrounding neighborhood. Plus the place is hard to get in and out of. Maybe because it's always very busy here. They charge so much. I guess so. Why only over charge a few people. When you can over charge a lot of people. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would put the place at A solid 2. It sucks to be A local and A local store cheats you. That is all I have to say about this place. Oh one other thing the managers there must not be very good at what they do. Or maybe they are really good at what they do. By overpricing that place must be making hand over fist big bucks."
