"Great experience with informative tour guides, videos and plaques to provides details of the items. There’s a lot to explore, tours start every 15 minutes with a max of 12 per group, overall the tour from start to finish lasted about 2 1/2 hours. Many of the rooms were pretty warm and stuffy with 12 people in them so dress appropriately. We purchased the general admission tickets which was a great experience. The VIP tickets do include a shirt and lanyard and you have access to extra areas along the tour."
"YES! I went here on my last day in Vegas as this was a bucket list stop. I have been watching Zak since day one of GH and his collection is AWESOME!!!! Do Not hesitate at all getting the RIP....it is worth it. The only bummer of this whole thing is Zak, Aaron, Billy or Jay were not in the house as that is honestly still on my bucket list to meet the guys.......if I could investigate it would be even better so I can mess with Aaron's head for a bit...lol. Zak....if you are reading this...if you guys come to Michigan again near Detroit...would love to hang out for a few. Love the show, love the Museum and you guys are awesome. Please, if you are in town do not hesitate a trip here."
"Be sure to purchase your tickets in advanced. We went on a Saturday, and it was a very windy morning. When we arrived at opening, the power was out. They told us we could still go on the guided tour with flashlights if we wanted or come back later. I really enjoyed the experience in the dark with the flashlights and power outage. While the power was out, and we were in two rooms, my sister and I did experience feeling sick and some pain. As soon as we left those rooms we felt better. We did wear protective crystals because we really didn’t want to experience any paranormal things ourselves. Even my non-believing husband enjoyed the museum. The power came on about half way through the tour and you could see more and hear recordings, so then we weren’t really sure if you were hearing parts of recordings or experiencing something (like talking to Peggy the doll). There are a lot of interesting artifacts and stories. You can purchase the RIP package to experience more rooms, and the people in our group who did that said it was a good package. Overall a great experience."
"This tour was awesome! Mike checked us in and did the upstairs tour. He was very good at his job. I have a bad leg and am a newly diagnosed diabetic. He checked on me to make sure I was ok multiple times during the upper tour part. When we got to the second part of the tour, Shawna was our guide. She was absolutely amazing! Her energy and caring for her patrons to assure we are having the best experience possible is second to none. We had multiple conversations with her and she was super interactive. My wife was scared to see a few exhibits, and Shawna stayed with her and made her feel at home. She deserves a A+++"
"A neat experience for sure! I enjoyed it way more than I had anticipated. We did the RIP tour and just a couple weeks later I’m wanting to go through it again. My teenage son and daughter loved it as well. The tour took 2 hours and people are right you can’t see it all in two hours but what do they expect. Even if you took 5 hours you couldn’t see everything in there. Well worth the money."
