"I am so glad I found Dr Liu! He is very attentive and caring. I am very comfortable and trust him. He takes the time to attend to you without having felt rushed or left with unanswered questions or concerns. Office staff is great as well. wait times are not very long. He delivered my baby at Summerlin hospital. I had an extremely fast labor and he came all the way from his office extremely fast. Absolutely amazing doctor. I'm done having babies. But if ever needed the option, I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"DON’T TRUST THEM AND GET THE NAME OF EVERY PERSON YOU TALK TO. I would give negative stars if I could. I had an appointment today, I was not a first time patient, I called beforehand to ask about pricing specifically for a procedure/product about a specific brand. I was always very specific about what brand I wanted to begin with. When I made the appointment they told me it would be $110 for the consultation and $470 for the procedure/product (specifically asked if that was the total for everything they said yes). Got to my appointment (I don’t have insurance I knew I was going to pay out of pocket) they made me pay before being seen (last time they did not make me pay beforehand). Paid the $110 then waited some more. Did not talk to Dr Liu at all for the $110 that I paid, spoke to someone else, she told me it will be about $1000 for the product I explained that someone on the phone told me $470 and how I specifically asked for full pricing beforehand on the phone and I asked why was I told something completely different on the phone? She then said she would be back with accurate pricing. She did not come back. She instead sent the manager (she didn’t tell me her name) she told me it would be $1000 for the product and $350 for the procedure, she got defensive when I explained the same thing to her. Then told me multiple unprofessional excuses as to why that happened, she told me the lady I talked to on the phone probably grabbed the wrong patient’s folder and that’s why she gave me wrong pricing etc. Very unprofessional excuse how does that even happen in a doctor’s office? Mistakes happen but why would she tell me things like that. She told me more excuses like that. Then ended it with “so are you going to get it so I can check if we have it in stock yes or no? I need to know now.” They didn’t offer any type of apology never said sorry once. Unprofessional, unorganized, and terrible communication within the staff. I called back to ask for a refund for such a bad experience. I spoke to Angelina who is the assistant admin manager. She refused to give me a refund and kept making excuses as to why they couldn’t give me a refund. She said that the point of the consultation was to go over pricing and how the front office told me the procedure price and the point of the consultation was to tell me the total price but all the prices each one told me were all very different. I spoke to Gisele who was the first person I spoke to, then spoke to Michelle the Manager, then called and spoke to the assistant admin manager Angelina (she told me the names of the other two ladies) who then told me “there’s nothing more we can do for you, you already had the bad experience.” The reason they insisted on refusing to give me my refund was because I spoke to Gisele who is a physician, I wouldn’t have bothered to make the appointment if I knew the experience was going to be this bad. The money or price was not the problem but how am I supposed to trust a doctor’s office with any part of my body if the communication, professionalism, and trustworthiness is this bad. I suggest you go to a different office. The only reason I went to them once before was because they had the soonest availability (now I see why) and at least that time I paid for the service I wanted with the Dr. I wish I would’ve believed the negative reviews they’re all true."

"Went once and will for sure not be a returning patient. I received a laboratory bill 7 months after my appointment. I called the office requesting information for this bill since I never requested or had any lab work done. They assured me they would help me get the bill cleared since I did not request lab work. They never got back to me and I received a precollection bill notice. I ended paying $300 for something I did not have done and they charged my insurance over $2,000. For any ladies looking for a OB/ GYN, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"Dr Liu is a very caring doctor and has great bedside manners. He takes his time seeing patients and talking to them and answering questions. The wait time in his office is very reasonable as well. He is also very conservative and always try to err on the side of caution. I’ve been seeing him for over 12 years and I recommend him to anyone."
