"Just found out she resigned. My appointment was scheduled for January 2023. I asked why/when I would be notified - lady on phone said "we are reaching out to let people know". When? I asked to schedule with doctor who is replacing her. They can see you in July 2023.. WTH. So unprofessional. I loved Dr. Major - she will be missed. - Valley Health Physicians is the worst!!!"

"I love Dr. Major. I feel so lucky to have found her as my primary care physician. I've never had any problems with her. I've never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room. She takes time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. I DO however have a problem with some of the office staff. They do not return calls. The last time they left a message but it didn't address the issue that I contacted them about. Maybe they need more training or more staff if the work load is too large."

"Because I can't give zero stars....I have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Jacobs for many, many years and received excellent care. Like many other reviews here, Dr. Major does not give the same care or attention to her patients. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled. The office apparently cancelled it without telling me or rescheduling. When I called in to question why the doctor missed the appointment, I was told it was a "scheduling error" and also that the person was "in training". Neither of which help with the situation. I was told to wait on hold for a supervisor...and they just left me on hold until the office closed for the day. Dr. Jacobs would never have tolerated such poor service."

"BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!! Always makes sure her patients are ok, takes the time out to get to know you and asks if there is anything you want to ask her. She is ALWAYS on time. She spends a lot of time with her patients, at times I have been in the office with her for about 30 to 35 minutes. She cares about her patients. It's NOT her that doesn't call back it's the switch board, they don't give them the messages. If Major ever leaves I will leave. She is the ONLY reason why I'm still going there. The office needs to work."
