"Absolutely horribly run practice. All the other reviews on spot on— they are quick to rush you, and book unnecessary appointments just to bill you. It takes forever for someone to call you back to explain lab results when you receive them, but when a payment needs to be collected, they’ll call you immediately and multiple times. Once I paid, I had to then call again to email me my receipt. The receipt did not detail what I paid for so I had to ask for that too. Do not go here! I’ve never experienced a worse doctor’s office than this. Their office is absolutely filthy too. This place needs to be investigated for their shady practices and shut down."

I had a surgery done by Dr. Gatlin and ended up having some complications that sent me to the ER twice because i could never get ahold of him or his office staff would not return calls even after the ER visits i called the office to inform them and even had my primary care doctor reach out and still never heard anything! its been months!!!"

"I have been a patient of Dr Gatlin for over 34 years, First it was because I had trouble getting pregnant and with his help and understating and options, I was able to conceive our daughter, never had I ever have had any trouble or concerns about clean or sterilizing, He and his staff have been very accommodating and have always been very thorough about any procedure I have ever had. I had Cervical cancer twice and on the 2nd time we both decided in order to save my life was to have a Hysterectomy by this time I was menopausal and having too many female issues, He and his staff explained the options and I decided it was best to have the hysterectomy. If I didn’t think he had bed manners or office not clean or staff was rude I would’ve stopped coming a long time ago. He has had become a doctor I can count on .. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS OFFICE HIGHLY, which I have had, Both my sister in laws, a couple of Friends are still going to him. He takes his time to talk to me and very genuinely concert for my health."

"I have had the WORST experience coming here. First off Dr. Gatlin bedside manner is terrible. He has spent less than 10 minutes with me each time he has seen me. He will ask you to schedule another appointment for each little thing just to charge your insurance. The office staff is terrible… Frieda is gross and never wears gloves when handling anything. Brenda… man this woman is the worst of them all. None of these people deserve to work in healthcare. Not sure how this office is still open, no cleanliness what so ever. Take my word for it DO NOT COME HERE."

"I have been coming here for over 10 years! Dr. Gatlin is professional and very compassionate about providing the best care he can. He always has a nurse present when he does exams. I really feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff is always efficient yet friendly. I will keep going to him for my healthcare needs."
