I was told to wait in the waiting room to be called back for labs. Almost 1 hour later the doctor realized she forgot to put the order in. So 15 minutes later they called me back. It took 2 nurses and 6 pokes for them to get my vein. It is now 4 days after that appointment and I have called every day since that appointment because Dr Finch forgot again to put in the muscle relaxer. She has not read the message yet. I’m extremely disappointed in the forgetfulness and follow through in this office."
