"My dog seemed traumatized when we picked him up. They gave my good leash to someone else and sent him home with a very sad leash and promised to get my leash back, but 6 weeks later no leash. When I first started with them, things were good. Now not so much. I'm looking for a new groomer."

I thought maybe this groomer isn't accepting new clients, but one would think they'd at least return my call or respond to my message to tell me that. We really wanted to use this groomer because it's closer to where we live now in Lemmon Valley. Our old groomer is in South Reno, so it's a bit of a drive, especially for a scared kitty in a crate. Guess they don't want my business."
