"Dirty. Scuzzy. Gross. Disgusting. Inside and out. Don't eat from the hot case! There are usually flies in there and the rude staff doesn't try to do anything about it. The coffee station is always littered with old, crusty creamer, sugar and other materials. I don't believe they have EVER cleaned the soda machine. The floors are always filthy. The parking lot is also a sticky mess. The trashes are constantly full to overflowing. There isn't a restroom available for customers. Not that you would want to use it if it was available! Every one of the employees have terrible attitudes. It is clear that they don't care about their customers."

"Please fire the gentleman with the gold caps on his teeth! Has nothing to do with his physical appearance and has everything to do with his lack of professionalism and honestly he does not even know how to talk to people! Yesterday, yesterday afternoon I popped in just to grab a cigar and this gentleman was trying to argue with me because of the smile on my face. He literally said to me don't look at me like that. he actually was standing blocking half of the selection so when he asked me which one I wanted I was a bit confused and before I could even say anything he said that incredibly disrespectful argumentative gaslight type of comment to me. Then it gets even worse, I go to pay for it, and then he has the nerve to tell me that my card was declined when I had $4000 in my account and I just checked my account. So guess what I knew that he was lying to me! Then he tried to tell me that I only had a dollar in my account. This guy is weird please leave drugs alone and please fire this guy!!! This happened to me yesterday 818 2023 at like around maybe three or four in the afternoon. Nobody needs to be treated like a punching bag! I don't know why this guy thinks it's OK but he met the right person"

"The cashier was completely rude to me. I’m a 58-year-old guy with my adult children and wife trying to get Slurpee‘s and he yells back while we’re getting our drinks “Hey, don’t make a mess back there!” I have no idea why he said that - we weren’t making any kind of a mess. We were just getting our drinks. The store was missing half of it’s cups. There were no lids for the Slurpees, and when I went to pay, I wanted to use my app which was not loading, but the cashier would not allow me to enter my phone number, and he just simply demanded that I pay the amount. So I put my card in and paid the amount. After paying, I just mentioned that usually if the app does not load, I’m able to enter my phone to get credit for the drinks that I had purchased, and he just blurted out “the apps not working and trust me you don’t want to work here! This guy has a really bad attitude and really shouldn’t be working at 7-Eleven. The store was filthy. The floors were sticky. There were boxes back in the storage room and things were not stocked well and he could care less, and the most important thing was the guy had terrible customer service, and was completely rude. They should fire him because he could care less about his job there or the company these working for! Such a shame!!"

"Person working was rude! He yelled at me because I will not wear a mask! But did not say anything to my granddaughters and my husband! Who were getting beverages! I have lived in Sierra Meadows in truckee for over 35 years! It is not ok to look at young girls and flirt with them! Your employee has 0 customer service skills! We will never enter a 7-11 again it is not safe for my children to enter your store! My girls were very unconfortable."

"New ownership is amazing the store is spotless clean and customer service is amazing. Probably one of the best 711 I been to. They have a huge selection of liquor and wine. YESSSS liquor its so convenient for me the owner brought in a tequila I had requested. This is my go to spot now so glad the new owner are here."
