"My daughter was walking the dog and got harassed bye a grown up. Then the office will kick yu put for no apparent reason and threatened to call cps for no reason at all. Not a great place to rent if yu got kids or just simply want to be put out. Smh"

"DONT DO IT!!! Trust me...if you can afford to go to a Siegal Suites or budget Suite....Even the roach motels on Freemont st. It would be better. You can't have a pop up guest such as a family member flying in at night. I saw them do a "room" check several times where they bang on your door and ask all people for id. Almost like a stop and search. They lure you in with a $500 for 2 weeks speacial...then your rent shoots to $408 a week. $1600 a month. There is a beeping sound that hasn't stopped sin e I've been here. Asked maintenance and they said it's just that way. The manager is rude, mean, and seems to treat people differently based on thier "look". Nieders which is the corporate office that owns it responds to no complaints or inquiries unless you are interested in spending money. I've seen huge Pit Bulls off leash and just running around. The park across the street is basically skid row. Homeless people everywhere. Roaches to the point I can't sit on the toilet in fear of resident roaches crawling up my leg. My goodness I could go on. They are preying on the misfortunes of their residents. And treat their tenants as less than human. To the point I'm not afraid of other tenants. I feel like they are scamming the less fortunate and discriminating on class. Definitely classism. Tenant harassment, racial judgement, and fear of management and staff practices makes a very toxic cocktail. Ps. Foe a background of me so you don't think I'm just some disgruntled ex tenant. I am not a drug dealer, I have my own company and just wanted to get away from my house for a while while relatives visited. NOW, I may have to take this further with unfair housing practices violation of what's WRITTEN on the lease not just their made up rules that are nowhere on the lease."
"I will say they have gotten better. There is more security patrolling now. My room wasn't a newer one but I did not have bugs and I kept it clean. I'm only giving 4stars because I have to move every 28days, which isn't convenient as a single mom. But over all it has definitely improved and better than the E Charleston location!"
"The apartment was very clean & equipped with all the amenities. The staff were friendly & accommodating especially Holly. I loves her. Some things I didn't like was no access to the pool because they said they were working on it. Another thing I didn't like was we had to move every 28 days, that was a hassle. Some of the people staying there were selling drugs & had a lot of drama. I stayed there from April 2023-June 9th 2023. While I was staying there someone had got shot, a lot of fights & just bad company. But if you mind your business you will be fine. They were cleaning up the bad tenants before I left, even had security patrolling. This is a place to start until you find a permanent residence. I would recommend as a stepping stone if you are just moving to Las Vegas."
