"I purchased my system through Costco for around $8000 I have had it about two years and it only worked for 1 year. We remodeled our whole house after getting the water softener installed And now all the new sinks toilets, etc have hard water stains. I called them and they told me there is a service fee of $180 to come out and look at it. This is by far the biggest waste of money I have ever made. Update No the salesperson did not! Tell us we had to pay for your annual service fees to keep are warranty I would never recommend and do business with this company ever again!!!!Beware!!!!"

"installed eco water system for $7595 through Costco. After 1 year, the quality goes bad. We can not drink the water any more. We call for service. There is a charge around $300. Before we had the system installed, the sale person told us that the water will be taken care forever. It was a lie. We have to pay for maintenance. It is very expensive. We feel like we were cheated. The water quality now is very bad. We cannot drink it. The sale person told us we get free shampoo, soap, laundry soap forever. But later on we find out. They are free only four time. Even so, the product has no use. We still buy drinking water, soap….at Costco."
