"No more buffet. So, when I get a food comp for my play, I always went to the buffet because I do the keto diet. With regular restaurants & food courts, I can't do that. So, it was fun while it lasted. Perhaps one day I'll come back and become a regular player again when or IF they every bring back the buffet"

"If you want stage four lung cancer and experience what it's like to sleep in an ash tray of a 1960s, Buick, owned by a chain smoker, then this hotel is for you. My lungs and nostrils were on fire as it permeated everything in the room, so much so that even my new clothes I had yet to unpack reeked of smoke. I had to resort to putting deodorant on my nostrils and pack them with toilet paper to try and filter it out. To try and combat the assault we intentionally left the window open to try and get some fresh air, but because the hotel only provides a single smoke filled sheet, you only end up exposed to the elements and smelly. Asked for a non-smoking room and was told that they're all smoking. The room was filthy, quite obvious that aside from putting a new sheet on the bed, no housekeeping has been done in decades, patches of peeling wallpaper were just taped up, furniture was frayed and stained. The carpet is so dirty that the bottom of your socks turn black just from walking on it, and TV doesn't work. The door lock is broken in a sketchy neighborhood, so we had to jam a chair beneath the handle. The toilet was broken so we had to listen to it run all night. There was enough black soot and dust on the PTAC filter to knit a sweater. Breakfast at the Sourdough Cafe was overpriced institutional gread food. The only redeeming quality this place has is its staff."

"A good place if you just need a place to crash. The showers weren't great. The lighting in the rooms were so dim, it was hard to get ready unless you brought your own light. Otherwise, a great location central to everything but cheaper than the strip. 12 min drive to everything."

"We chose Arizona Charlie's mainly for the price, which was cheap. With that said, the hotel (motel?) exceeded our expectations. I understand that you're not going to get steak on a hamburger budget so for us, the hotel worked out great. The location is good and it seems like it's 20 minutes or less to get everywhere we wanted to go. We visited family in Summerlin, Henderson and ventured downtown and to the Strip and Arizona Charlie's is very easy to get in and out of. The room was spacious and the double bed and the king bed were perfect for our family. There was also a bigger than normal mini fridge and a coffee maker. The room was spacious and clean but a little worn out. The couch had some frays, there were areas on the carpet that looked stained and coming up at the edges and the wallpaper was peeling in some areas, but like I said, you can't expect a steak on a hamburger budget. The bathroom worked fine and the shower had really, really good water pressure. We also liked that it was motel style place so we didn't have to walk through a smoky casino to get to our room and we were able to park very near to the door. Overall, we would definitely stay there again because you can't honestly beat the price."
