"I'm still working on my "Final Grade" as a reviewer, but as of yet I'll say this: "You get what you pay for" is normally the most accurate platitude to throw at these types of establishments, but considering the fact that there has been a great deal of construction going on since I arrived a month ago it's obvious that Managment has been reinvesting the money they have earned into upgrading the property for future clients. I'm not sure how many official employees are currently on payroll, but Angelina (Manager) has been very successful at providing amazing service during official Business Hours, as well as resident services as required throughout the night. The lack of listed "Business Hours," or a "Business Phone Number" makes it a bit difficult to know who to ask for what at what times, but Angelina does the best she can. As far as "location" in Vegas? It's a good walk from the Motel to any of the obvious "Hot Spots" Las Vegas has to offer, but traffic and bus routing are not to difficult to maneuver in order to get around easily. Also - The Fremont Street Experience (a MUST see) is a quick 20 to 30 min walk to the West... I wouldn't walk the trip alone after hours as the area seems to have a few unsavory locations that none locals would feel pretty uncomfortable around, but with a group of friends or a veteran guide for the area there's actually a number of highly valuable, low cost experiances to be discovered along the way. Fremont St. from end to end was a very lively, tourist friendly place to be in pre-Covid, and will hopefully regain it's appeal as Financial Resources are earned and applied restoratively by the families, owners, and private investors interested in the location, but as of the current moment? If you want to be able to know you're getting your money's worth, won't suffer too much financially if wanting "premium" amenities, and you've got the cash to spare? I'd suggest Fremont Street Experience or The Strip hotel rooms. It isn't always a matter of "the more you pay, the less you stress," but it isn't considered "common sense" wisdom for nothing! "What's important is that the owners are friendly and as accommodating as I suppose similar to their neighboring motels. And like their neighbors, no money is wasted on pretentious exteriors. If you need a room that is clearly and imperfect but at least has no insect issues that has a very good working air conditioner, toilet and shower, I would come back. Okay, the cable has only one working channel, but that's why we have cell phones if we want up-to-the-minute news and weather updates"

"Our night here was fine. It was a little expensive to me to pay $95 for only one night in one of the older motels on Fremont Street. Plus the owner's daughter couldn't compute that if I give you $110 - $95 = $15 plus after checkout I still get my $5 key deposit back also. It took her 3 times trying to jip me out of my money!!"
