City Center Motel

"THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. My girlfriend and I booked the night of December 30 and 31. We arrived at the room and it was in a deplorable state: dirty sheets (with stains and hair on the pillow), dirty bathroom with hair in the sink and yellowish appearance, dirty and hairy towels, dirty floor and tables in the room (with lint everywhere), no lights (only one lamp was working) and the fridge was really disgusting, with a filthy and waterlogged appearance. Literally the dirtiest room I have ever seen. Of course the room reeked of tobacco, but out of everything we encountered, that was the least of it. All of this can be seen in the photos and videos I have shared. It should be noted that the stay had not come cheap as it was New Year's Eve. It might seem that this is where it ends, but it is only the beginning.. When we found the room like this, we told the reception and after apologizing they said they were going to clean the room, that they understood our anger and that as compensation they offered us a refund of the reservation, so we could stay without cost. After this, we went into town while they cleaned, leaving our luggage and taking the room keys with us. When we returned in the evening and went to enter our room with our things inside, we found another guest entering our room with another key! On top of this, our luggage was not in the room. We were shocked. When we asked for an explanation at the reception desk, a different receptionist than the one who had offered us our money back told us that, by accepting the refund, the room was no longer ours, and that either we should leave or he was going to call the police. He also told us that the luggage had been taken out of the room and put away, but could have been thrown in the trash. The luggage was damaged and dirty, as you can see in the photo. Being stranded on the street at 3 am on New Year's Eve in Las Vegas, we had to wander for hours looking for a hotel to sleep in until we found one at 5 am, at great expense. In short, I tell this experience so that no one else will have it happen again. Total lack of professionalism, aggressiveness and fatal customer service."

"Do not stay here. Feels super creepy. Smelt suffocating . I am a budget traveller, but even I balked at this place. Couldn't wait to leave, I kid you not. There are no proper privacy curtains for during the day. Only thick drapes, which had to be drawn at all times - it is a motel, after all. There is no door chain, I wanted to allow fresh air. I had to physically stand at the door and hold it open for a few min for fresh air. Aircon loud. Concierge guy was friendly and helpful."

"I needed to book a hotel for a quick trip through Las Vegas. I booked the hotel and paid for it. The day of my reservation I got an email saying they had canceled my booking, so I called to make sure it actually canceled and they confirmed over the phone. It has been almost 2 months and I still not gotten my refund. They are impossible to get ahold of and when I do, they say they will call me right back and let me know what is happening and then they never call me back."

"Great location physically, very loud throughout the night. The box springs under the mattresses were uncovered and heavily browned from age and I'm sure other activities. One of the mattresses was still in its plastic with the sheets over it, and honestly I'm glad because the cleanliness here is concerning. The catch on the door has such loose tolerances that I'm sure a solid check would pop it open, and the thin floor-to-ceiling windows provide little impression of security. One positive is that the AC works, but the flipside of that is the condensation puddle it left on the floor, on both of the units in the room, soaking the luggage of someone I was traveling with. Having an option for a room with three beds was nice, though the linens harsh and I think the beds need another blanket, ideally one without cigarette burns. I meant to add a photo to this review, but I accidently threw out the dead flies in the coffee pot before I remembered to take a picture. Rating two stars is generous, but this motel serves a purpose in a pinch when location is important."
