"Expected to stay at tahiti village, but due to the poor naming conventions, our booking was mistakenly put here Rooms were dated, the fridge was clanging, and there was exposed rusty metal grates in the hall. The lobby and halls smelled mildewy, and every time i touched a door handle or elevator, i got shocked. Would not recommend"

"We only stayed here one night but I undoubtedly will stay here the next time I stay in Vegas for a longer visit. The staff is incredibly courteous and accommodating. Every staff member I met was very friendly and offered to help with anything whether it was allowing me to go ahead on the elevator, showing us how keno on the machine worked, or helping us navigate to parking. They also seem to pay very close attention to details as I saw continual cleaning and maintenance going on. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The Booze and Bites restaurant was very fairly priced and the staff was friendly and courteous. The amenities are plentiful and are well maintained as well. The managers were present and seemed to be very engaged with training new staff. Overall, what a fantastic evening in a very beautiful resort."

"Great Value ! A quiet place off the strip but close to so much. Pool felt like an oasis and you would never know you were so close to everything. Lots of parking, rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by. Shuttle provided to and from the casinos several times a day. We needed extra supplies and they gladly provided those as needed. Another guest was being noisy and they resolved the issue with them efficiently and effectively. Rooms are only cleaned 1x a week which was fine."

"It’s not on the strip so make sure you have a car to get around. There’s also no casino or bar downstairs. Just a regular hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hot water wasn’t working too well in my room so I took a cold shower, but other than that my stay was fine."

"I was a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews, but I had a great experience! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping is only once a week, unless you arrange with the front desk for extra, but if we needed any extra supplies the staff was very helpful. Shuttle service to the strip was very practical, my only complaint is that I wish the last shuttle was a bit later, as 10:15/10:30 is early if you are doing any shows around the strip."
