"PROS: I absolutely loved staying here! It was warm, clean and inviting. The price isn't bad at all. Very modern, and in a great location. The rooms were cozy, mini fridge and microwave included, the water pressure was VERY POWERFUL! and loved the big screen TV with all the local channels, Netflix(need to log in) Pandora, and YouTube! The continental breakfast was delicious. There were lots of options, waffles, oatmeal, breakfast sandwichs, eggs and bacon, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and the coffee was better than Starbucks! CONS: The beds are low to the ground, and not super supportive. One of the beds had hair under the pillows and in-between the head bored and mattress. Some of the pillows had a foul odor(like dried saliva.) The phone didn't work, and the lock on the door didn't lock. But still had a flap lock for extra peace of mind. The walls are kinda thin, and could hear the people talking in the room next to me. Also, the person above me kept running around, this made it hard to have a daytime nap. Also it was loud and you could hear doors slamming in the early morning. Lastly, the elevators needed a good vacuum."
"We needed a place to stay for a few nights. In my haste to make reservations, I chose the wrong dates. Upon arrival Erick asked a few questions to pull up my reservation. He explained I didn't.have a reservation for then and that on the third night the hotel was sold out. I apologized for my mental lapse and told him I'd find something else for the third night. He said "just a minute" and after typing nonstop for a long time he told me he'd figured it all out and I could stay all three days. Erick, thank you, you are a wizard!"
"Let me start by saying the front desk staff & the breakfast staff were super cool. However the hotel could use a new house keeping staff. The room stayed dirty my entire 5 day stay and after being there for five days I wonder if the room was even clean when I arrived? The trash can smelled of tacos and the bed never was made. The shower had NO water pressure (water conservation, set too high). You couldn’t get a hot relaxing shower to save your life. I stayed in room 119 and when I would go to bed it sounded as if a tank was running on the other side of the wall. Again super cool front desk and kitchen staff. The other location in town was 110% better."
"Horrible experience with the front desk. We are traveling with pets and at check-in we were advised that the pets would each have their own $100 deposit that had to be paid in cash. We thought it was weird but it was late and we just wanted to get to our room as we had been traveling for 3 days across the US. Come to check-out in the morning and our $200 cash was not applied to our room and the new person that was there in the morning had no idea what was going on and tried to charge the pet deposit fees to our credit card on file making us pay $400 for our pets! Which is clear, they can take pet deposits ON A CARD, not just cash. Our travel is covered by my husbands company with an itemized receipt and they could not provide us with one showing our pet deposits. Kinda strange where that $200 went? Their count at the end of the night clearly wasn’t over $200, it must’ve ended up in someone’s pocket and we won’t be reimbursed by this. DO NOT pay cash here. Night manager Jacob i believe, was not being honest with us and I never got a call to fix this like the girl at the front desk told me in the morning. This place needs to check their cameras and logs for this $200. Guaranteed this isn’t the first time this has happened, but I’m the first person to need and itemized with all payments shown. VERY disappointed as we always stay at a Fairfield Inn when traveling."
"Definitely not what I expect when I stay at a “Marriott” hotel. I’ve been here for 6 days now with 7 others co-workers in their own rooms, each complaining of the same thing everyday; no hot water in the showers. It’s just barely comfortable enough to take a quick shower and get out. Disappointed to say the least. We intend to leave for a new hotel as soon as we can get enough rooms reserved for our group elsewhere."
