"An older style motel for weekly rate staying. Management is nice. Nothing special just a place to lay your head...a better location than most of these type of places."

"The rooms are very tiny and dated. Efficeny size. No on site laundry dry, no elevators. The hotel has 13 rooms only. I've had some issues here, but nothing that could not be remedied, if the uppers were on it. I got a 5 day pay or quit but I'm glad I quit that place. I'm now banned from all the owner's property. I did get a brand new furnace, that's for a bathroom. Townsite has a problem with bed bugs! I've been told that if I don't shut up about how awful the owner property is I'd be sued for slander. But let me say this. I've lived here. I've the pics of what I lived with and the prop mngrs do bare minimum. I do not recommend this place to anyone. (Not my photo)"

"The managers here at Townsite make staying here a joy! They are kind, courteous and have great sense of humors! They have nightly, weekly and monthly rates. The rooms are small but the price is right. I will always come and stay here at this motel when ever i visit Reno!"
