Reviews
"Very interesting. Beautiful petroglyph and scenic views. A steep metal stairway leads you to the top where the petroglyph panels are located."
"So happy we spent half a day exploring the Valley of Fire. It was a ton of fun breaking up casino time with some outdoor adventuring and all the trails are fairly easy but also really interesting and relaxing. The red sandstone is a sight to see, there are caves and wind holes all over. Definitely recommend, especially in the winter as it was still comfortable but the sun wasn't nearly as harsh as it probably is in summer."
"Spent Easter weekend here with friends who flew from Texas, acting as their tour guide, squeezed in Nevada's must-see destinations, and Valley Of Fire was definitely one of them! This is my 3rd time at Valley Of Fire but 1st time to visit Atlatl Rock. After spending lunch on one of the picnic tables nearby, you can't miss this beautiful rock formation and walk up a short series of stairs and view 4,000-year-old petroglyphs carved right into the surface of the rock. You'll see a pretty view of the valley from up here too! • For more outdoor adventures, follow @bodintures"
"This was a fun quick stop inside The Valley of Fire. Easy for the kids to do. There were hieroglyphics to see on a couple of the rock formations. You can hike around and on some of the rocks except for where the stairs are."
