"Our two dogs went in healthy, staff told us kennel cough going around when we picked them up. Sure enough, and $400 in vet bills later, our dogs came down with kennel cough. Don't think any protocols were followed to minimize spread as our vet said other dogs from here came down with it. I would find somewhere else"
