Reviews
"Clean, near rushing creek, remote and beautiful! Has great restroom facilities, water spigots near sites, and friendly camp hosts. New favorite spot."
"We ended up staying at this campground because the road to Sabrina lake was still closed. We enjoyed staying here it was not full, but we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The creek running through the campground is beautiful and it is running very high this year. We were told the area is known for great fishing, but we didn't have a chance to test that out this trip. The campground isn't connected to a trail system, so it does require a drive to get to a good hike."
"Great little campground with generously sizes camp sites. Free to camp in the off season (from closing in Fall to about mid-April). No water or trash when off season, so pack it out. There is a creek that runs through. Last place up the canyon with decent phone service."
"Great campground along the creek with views of snow capped mountains. We stayed in early April for one night and there were plenty of sites available. Tucked away far enough from Bishop (15min drive) where you're surrounded by mountains and sky. Good amenities, each site had a fire ring with grill, picnic table plus water and clean restrooms. The Creek is beautiful and sounds of water were a plus. Definitely coming back."
