Keough's Hot Springs

"I absolutely LOVE this place! Been coming here for 30 years. Best swimming pool in the Owens Valley. Natural 90° mineral water. Giant hot tub is 104°. The pool goes from 2 1/2 feet to 8 feet and you can dive in! Pool is drained every Tuesday, so they are closed. Clean water Wednesday is the best, super clean giant pool. You can see underwater from 8 ft all the way to the shallow end. The misters are not on for aerobics. They feel great when they are on, like a hot/cold shower in the pool. There is a snack bar and a very affordable Gift Shop. Lots of chairs and lounge chairs. $14 for adults. $10 3-12. Cash only for aerobics,$8. Open 11-6. Plenty of parking too. Lots of people use the free hot springs down the road from Keough’s. There are 7 or more pools of varying sizes. Look for the pole line road to the north."

"Stopped by on our way to Truckee. 2/8/24 Spent a few hours in the two pools with the kids and wife, had an awesome relaxing time. With Incredible views, snow caped mountains made for a beautiful spot, and great vibes. Will definitely be back"

"This is a hidden gem! Halfway between LA and Reno. Great place to swim in some very happy water! The tent cabins are perfect and were decorated with Christmas decorations for the holidays…great touch! Thank You!"

"Location is in a nice spot, run down in need of cleaning and repair. RV site is nice, however, we were not notified that during the colder months water is shut off, nothing stated on website. Arrived on a Tuesday when offices are closed, no water, no token machine for showers. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning."

"Old school hot springs. Family friendly. It has showers and changing rooms. There is a huge warm pool for swimming and a large shallow hot tub for soaking. Limited pool chairs and a section set aside to eat at their snack bar. Outside the pool area there are grassy picnic spots with tables. We love this place and have been coming for years."
