"Feb 2024 — Textbook work: Underpromise, over deliver — Excellent water pressure, Good WiFi, Nice towels, nice linens, Comfortable beds I was happy with our stay here. Better value over creekside inn. This is my new go to hotel on the way to mammoth — especially for the first night of a ski trip/for when you don’t want to drive all the way to the mountain. I recommend the 1st and second floor rooms near the pool — they are quiet"

"The room is nice with wooden tiles which I though is rare to most hotels. The wooden tiles made the room smell fresher and cleaner. But what is a big con to this hotel is not having elevator. It is hard to. Ring some heavy stuffs if you are given a second floor accommodation. Overall it is nice."

"Pros: breakfast is pretty good Good location Cons: we arrived late night, and the front desk staff was very rude, Comfort Inn, if you're reading, you gotta teach your night staff how to talk politely. Second, the room had a pungent smell, instead of trying to fix it, they offered to refund our booking. So were supposed ro find another place to stay in the middle of night? Third, we requested accommodation for a third person in our room a day before. They mentioned they cab provide an extra mattress. But upon calling them just before arriving they starlight away refused saying the room isn't big enough. Overall, it was a two star experience, but my rating would be one star just because of the extra dose of rudeness added while checking us in and deflecting when we pointed out our room had smell issues. Will avoid Comfort Inn altogether next time. Later edit: the morning front desk lady was very warm. No complaints there"

"Don't trust the website pictures!! Our room was run down: tub wouldn't hold water for a bath. Curtain by entry door was torn and only taped together with packing tape. Table and chairs were positioned between wall and bed as to where a person could barely get by. It obviously did not belong there. We were very disappointed. I do not advise staying here. I have stayed in hotels for decades in the US and Canada. This was a bad one for sure -- avoid!"

"The staff was lovely. The location is awesome (right on the highway) . The room amenities were fine (we stayed in an accessible room - not needing these amenities, I'm not sure how good they were, but it appeared there was some intention with what was provided). Partner is a heavy sleeper and slept fine. I am a light sleeper and was miserable. If you're like me, being ear plugs (heavy truck traffic) and an eye mask (blinds didn't stay closed so there was bright light)"
