"Three of these tour buses were parked in the school bus only parking of my son’s elementary school today while a large group of older kids were at the park across the street. Not only did they refuse to move when actual school buses tried to park in their designated bus loop, causing those bus drivers to have to circle the school for an extended period of time, one of the drivers stopped as he was pulling out of the driveway to text on his phone. He was partially in the street and then seemed to struggle to pull away without hitting parked cars waiting to pick up their kids on his way out, because he was doing so with one hand while still holding his phone. He had a bus full of children and was on his phone while driving. This is not only illegal, but extremely dangerous and I am disturbed by the lack of professionalism and obvious lack of training. The bus loop at elementary schools are only for school buses and for buses chartered by that school. Not for unprofessional drivers to park while chartered by what looked like a high school."
