"They are Scammers! HORRIBLE travel agency!! Horrible customer service. Was hung up on, while trying to cancel a reservation. Needless to say i feel like I've been robbed. How can someone cancel before the month is up if the rude agents are hanging up on people and not giving a clear intelligent and sincere reply. They do not honor their policies. Avoid this company!"

"Misleading They offer you three nights "Free" However, comes with a lot of strings attach; that are they constantly calling yot and ssking for your ingp To make sure you have enough money so they can screw you with a time share. Once I realized you're not a candidate or do not plan to purchase , they cancel your reservations or they make excuses to cancel your reservations."

"They hoodwinked me with a package. Didn't tell me about a meeting that I had to attend which requires you to have a major credit card which I don't have. I tried to get money back within the 30 day limit. It's almost 2 years since I been trying to get my money back. And they are trying to use that 30 day limit for refund"

"BEWARE!!! I've spent 3+ weeks calling and writing these people about reserving in Branson. No call backs from leaving voicemails and no replies to emails. But when I get someone on the phone, although nice and apologetic, nothing gets done. Then finally, I am given a confirmation number for a hotel (although I was promised a resort when purchased) and when I call the hotel directly to confirm they haven't heard of me or this company. And there are 3 hotels of same brand and NONE know anything about me. Imagine if I didn't call before heading on this trip. Very unprofessional company, not responsive, and just super poor quality. You feel ripped off and scammed. BUYER BEWARE!!"
