"Tour was less than an hour for $165 although it was supposed to me 90 minutes. They are clearly only here to take peoples money and not deliver or care about giving a quality experience. Very disappointing. Unmarked on the side of the road location we got lost getting there, we tried to call but no one answered to help us, but we still made it exactly on time for the scheduled time and found this unmarked outdoor locale hidden behind snow. We went on our tour and the guide stopped and we spent most of the time of the tour stopped looking at the scenery, while it was nice scenery we booked a snowmobile tour. The guide continued on only to our surprise to be back at the base—we were gone on snowmobiles LESS THAN AN HOUR. We called after to give feedback and let the company know it was less than promised and pretty disappointing. He argued that we did not show up 20 minutes EARLY and that On Time was late. First, This is not the military this is vacations. Second they said nothing about it being mandatory to be there early the booker was going to hang up and we brought it up if we should come early and they said oh yea nonchalantly. We explained we got lost AND tried to call and no one answered the phone and even with that still got there at exactly 2pm our scheduled time. This place is literally in the middle of Nowhere and unmarked! We left on snowmobiles at 2:20pm got back to base from the tour at 3:15. This was a very disappointing experience but even more disappointing is the owners attitude in taking our money and under delivering. His response to their lack of tour and blaming us instead of acknowledging there was a shortcoming on their behalf or even taking accountability is not good ownership quality. While Mammoth tours can be a pain to book online at least the tours last 3 hours which includes time to look for scenery and any paperwork. We will never use DJ s again and don’t recommend anyone else do so either they are clearly only here to take peoples money and not deliver a quality experience. Very disappointing."

"Snowmobile guide was great and we got the guided tour of 1.5 hours and we went for 25 miles in the woods which was amazing it has a lot of great views."

"Absolutely terrible experience! The picture online shows you two snowmobiles on the guided tour when in reality you get a chain of a snowmobiles trailing each other and you end up breathing toxic fumes for 2 hours. The least fun tour I ever had and highly recommend you not using these guys for their lack of transparency on what a guided tour entails. Upon confronting this to them the employee in the shack said sorry, but offered absolutely no resolution. UPDATE: Proceeded to tell me that it was my problem! AND used the old, boss isn't here and I can't call him to provide any resolutions excuse. Well, boss, here is a message to you, I don't take your false advertising likely and hope others will take note of your business etiquette."

"Great experience, We got 3 snowmobiles for an hour since the tours was booked & their snow park was perfect, it is a large property & you have so much to go around & enjoy the area. Don't think you are going to be doing circles like I did. what a great surprise & beautiful location. Our group had a great time & DJ's crew was very nice to explained everything clearly to us. If you are in the area this is a must experience"
