"Single female, two stripe white belt who was looking to get a bit of training in while on vacation. Professor Ronda was very welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. I took the Fundamentals class and enjoyed it so much, I stayed for the adult class afterwards. She took the time to show step by step moves I hadn’t been introduced to yet in a clear and concise manner. ALL of the people training at the gym were very helpful and friendly! So much fun while getting an amazing work out! I highly recommend checking this gym out whether on vacation, looking to start up BJJ and are a little nervous or have been rolling for a while."
