"This academy is the perfect place for my daughter, and I searched around. My daughter loves jiu jitsu, competes in tournaments, and goes every day of the week for at least two hours.The place she was training at prior was badly organized and more focused on how many students they had. At Atlas, Damien and the team focus on each student's goals, and teach all aspects of the sport. Their schedule is also superior. They have two classes at 5pm, one for younger kids and one for older kids. At 6 on Mondays and Wednesdays they have an advanced class for the older kids, and on Tuesday and Thursday they have bona-fide Judo classes with a team of judokas. Judo is an amazing sport that augments BJJ, and I wanted my kid to learn it to improve her stand-up game in practice and in tournaments. Whereas the professor at the previous place said "Judo is dead" (tell the Olympics that), Atlas respects both BJJ and Judo, and their instructors are not only super knowledgeable, but know how to get students to go above and beyond. They do monthly or yearly contracts, but honestly it was so obvious this place was THE place, we did the year. If you're considering getting your kids involved in a place that's driven and supportive, do the trial here and you'll likely reach the same conclusion I did: Atlas Grappling is the best."

"The culture they've built is fantastic. No egos, very inviting and everyone is supportive. The instructional part of was very informative, as the head coach broke down the technique in a very easy to understand way. He really cares about his students and their goals. The pace was fantastic, and will get you into shape. They do encourage competing, but are not overbearing about it. There are high level guys, too."
