"I loved the community and the workouts! Katie and Riley are awesome! Kira, CJ, and David are great coaches! CJ was my personal trainer and I learned so much from him. I never knew how to lift before attending this gym and they taught me how to lift safely. Everyone is so nice and friendly. It's a great place to work out. I enjoy how they limit the classes so you get more 1:1 to ensure you're exercising safely with proper form. There was not a day I didn't leave dripping sweat and feeling accomplished! Great gym! They even have a place to keep the kiddos so you don't have to find a babysitter while you work out. I lost weight, toned, gained endurance and strength. Definitely recommend this gym."

All the coaches are there to help you and all the other members are right by your side cheering you on as you attain your goal.
