"When Covid hit, trips obviously needed to be canceled. The problem is that now, two years later, I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. I was issued a partial refund in Dec 2021. Although I have called Brenda numerous times I have yet to receive the remainder of what I paid for the canceled trip. I've heard that some other people are out money as well. Consumer beware when dealing with this company!"
