"This happened in Las Vegas, at the Circus circus branch. There was an african-american guy extremely rude and offensive (with his gesticulation and way to talk, he just let us know that to him we were stupids). We did not see right away the machines to place the order, so we talked directly to him and instead of kindly show us where the machine was, he acted and started to say sarcastic things without even looking at us. The WORST experience in a restaurant ever, I don't know how companies still hire rude, arrogant and disrespectful, people to deal with their customers, I even dare to say that the type is a racist because my friends are Latinos and they don't speak English. At the we decided to turn around and leave, we didn't want to deal with such an idiot anymore."

"This place deserves 0 stars and to be shut down completely. They do not honor online orders, yet they take the money and don't make the meal. They force you to call customer support if you want your money back or dispute with the bank. They accept mobile orders k line, but they WILL NOT make them. This place is a scam. BBB will definitely have a report filed from me. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Employees advised they do that bc they don't want you to use deals on mobile orders placed so they don't make your order on purpose, so you can't get the deal."

"I placed an order online and I was told by the employees they deleted my order because they don't do online orders, my order was paid for and the manager refused to give me a refund, I contacted support but after texting back and foward they ended the conversation and I was left out with no food and no refund. This place is absolte garbage."

"My wife and kids wanted to be nice and get me food. They stood in line after they ordered our overpriced, completely disappointing "meal". Orders could not be customized and my food was cold. There are certain situations in which everyone knows it's not a rich, culinary experience. This place isn't even trying....at all. They should shut this place down. Anyone who reads this who has anything to do with the Burger King in Circus Circus should seriously be ashamed of themselves."
