"This has to be the worst Longs in the state, which is saying a lot. The people who work here are more concerned with stopping shoplifters than with helping legitimate, paying customers actually find things to purchase. I wouldn't be surprised if this Longs is next on the chopping block for Hawaii's stores."
"2 stars for convenience. Be sure to sign up for their extracare program, or prices are much higher. Id give 5 stars, but I’ve noticed every time I come in (I’ve been shopping here 7.5 months), they all of a sudden blast “customer service, scan all aisles” which is in relation to someone needing to be watched for shoplifting. Considering I live upstairs, I’d have to be pretty dumb to steal. I don’t think it’s a coincidence because this is the 3rd time it’s happened in as many visits, the min I walk in. At least be less obvious about it. Racial profiling sucks, and I hope they do better."
"Convenient location, but be aware: you must sign up for CVS Extracare (free), or your prices will be much higher. Luckily, the guard helped me sign up. Otherwise, the prices would have been exorbitant. One star docked for this pricing chicanery."

Located in the heart of Ward Village, this store is easily accessible and offers dedicated parking for customers, including electric car charging stations. The store is well-stocked with everything you need, from over-the-counter medications to personal care products, and their prices are competitive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always ready to help with any questions or concerns you might have."
"Arrived shortly after my appointment with my doctor, waited only five minutes after check in to get my prescription. Very clean pharmacy and professional staff. Happy this store is in our neighborhood."
